For this month's Know Your Hubber, we wanted to introduce you all to Laura, who works at Center for Open Data Enterprise. Laura is helping launch the SDG National Reporting Initiative, which is having a launch and happy hour on Wednesday, March 14th.

Tell us what problems your organization is trying to solve and how they are doing that.
The mission of CODE is to maximize the value of open government data as a public resource, by focusing on data users.

How do you help in doing this?
I help to build partnerships with businesses, research organizations, and international organizations working on similar open data projects.

What are some new exciting projects your organization is working on?
We are launching the SDG National Reporting Initiaitive on March 14th [join us]! The Initiative is a two-year effort to facilitate greater information-sharing on SDG reporting internationally.

If I could organize an event at the Hub, it would be...
A monthly happy hour.

What do you like most about being a part of the Hub community?
The community of people working on similar issues is extremely helpful for collaboration. Plus, I can talk about what I do without getting blank stares or looks of confusion.
