Rent Meeting Room Space
The OpenGov Hub has a variety of versatile, modern conference and meeting room spaces available for a fee to non-members. Options range from small meeting rooms (1-3 people), medium meeting rooms (3-5 people), to larger conference rooms (up to 15 people).
Our small meeting rooms come equipped with a phone and whiteboard wall, while our medium meeting rooms come equipped with a phone and a videoconferencing equipped TV. Our larger conference rooms are equipped with a large TV that is set up for videoconferencing, as well as phones for phone conferencing. The larger conference rooms also come with whiteboards, flip charts, and markers.
Rent cafe space
Our cafe space is also available for rental. Our main cafe features a large table that can accommodate up to twenty people, as well as several other smaller tables. The cafe also includes two TVs, two large fridges, two microwaves, two sinks, and a large island.

There are four main components:
- Manila Room (capacity 40)
- Sydney Room (capacity 40)
- Breakout Areas
The space can be arranged in many different ways to accommodate a variety of events (e.g. presentations, workshops, trainings, conferences, happy hours, etc.). The Manila Room and Sydney Room can be reserved separately or together for larger events. The maximum event space capacity is 125 standing/90 seated.
The event space is fully equipped with technology to support videoconferencing, movies, and presentations.
