This will be a practice training session with the Cooperative Capacity Partners (CCP), a member of the Open Gov Hub. The goal of the session is to a) share how people map out their partnerships; b) then describe how they evaluate the quality/performance these partnerships and c) then compare that to the CCP template.
We will seek to answer these questions:
Who are your partners and key stakeholders
How do you map them out?
How do you (in general) assess the quality/performance of the partnerships and partnership system?
The BBL will be led by Frank Page, the CEO of Cooperative Capacity Partners (CCP). CCP provides managers, consultants, and evaluators with leading indicators of organizational and partnership performance. Our model simplifies choosing the key changes necessary for increasing institutional communication, collaboration, and learning, thus reducing the costs and risks of partnership capacity building.
This is a free session. RSVP for this BBL.
The full training will take place September 16-20 at the Open Gov Hub. You can also register for the four-day training session.
